This experience is designed for young people who seek a challenge. It will take your confidence to a new level and revitalise your attitude to yourself. Together, we will experience an unparalleled journey into our inner selves and explore the beauty of nature in the Virachey National Park.
- We will hike everyday, orient ourselves with a compass, maps, and GPS, search for water sources, and spend the nights in a hammock in the jungle.
- The challenging trails offer us a stunning backdrop for our journey, allowing us to explore new methods of self-empowerment.
- All while being rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views and a cozy campfire with a meal of the food we have brought ourselves.
Eligibility:
- Between 18 and 35 of age,
- Advanced trekkers with several outdoor experiences,
- Very good physical fitness; be able to hike up to 15 km daily with 15 kg backpack,
- ASEAN citizens.
Camp Fee:
100 USD
YEP-Academy provides the following needs:
- Camping/outdoor equipment and training materials,
- Facilitation costs,
- National Park fees,
- Overnight fees,
- Transportation (round trip from the departure point in Phnom Penh to Ratanakiri).
