Facilitator:

Souheang Ly: is an outdoor facilitator who creatively fuses her background in education, yoga, and passion for nature. She provides a supportive setting for individuals to explore potential, practice mindfulness, and connect with nature, using experiential learning. A core tenet of her philosophy is a strong belief in the wisdom of indigenous sustainable living practices.

18-45 years old,
Love and respect nature,
Open to new learning styles,
Have physical fitness,
Obtain high openness to sharing and challenging situation,
Have an interest in self-discovery, mindfulness, and deepening their connection to nature.

8 - 12 people

National Park fee,
